Step 01:

Step 02:

Generally the Print Screen Software starts automatically at Start up after installation. Have you restarted your Computer? Ok, lets check the Software.
Step 03:

In this step you have to press the button named Print Screen from your keyboard. The Print Screen Key is located right side of the F12 Key and above of the Insert Key. Now the screen of your computer will be captured by the Print Screen Software. Keep pressed down Ctrl (Control) button from your keyboard and crop the image by pressing your left side mouse button. You will get your expected image hanging over the screen after unpressed the mouse button.

Step 05:

Now you need to select the place where you want to save the image. There is a button named To Desktop. Click on this button to save the image on Desktop.
