Google AdSense is Sensitive Program of Google to earn money from online. Google AdSense lets you show others ads in your webpages according to the content, audience, region etc. And when someone click on a ad showing in your webpages, then you are earning from Google. But, Google is not paying you for this. Actually Google AdSense Team also collecting the money from the Advertisers according to the Ad Types, Ad Sizes, Targeting Websites and Area etc. However, you can also earn showing AdSense Ads in your website. So, you have to apply for AdSense including your website where you want to show the Ads. Your website should be created according to the rules and regulations of Google AdSense. And only then you will be approved for AdSense. Lets know about the basic requirement your website should have to be approved by Google AdSense Team.

1. Your website should be Informative. It means there should have a lots of information so that the visitors can be helped.
2. The contents of your website should be in Google AdSense Supported Languages.
3. There should not have any Adult or Pornographic Contents, Hacking Tips & Tricks, Gambling or Violence Related Contents in your website.
4. There should not any Ads where from you will earn if anyone click on those ads.
5. There should have a Sitemap of your website. But it is not so important for the first time.
6. It is said that Content is the King. So you should provide sufficient Helpful and Unique Contents for the visitors.
7. You have to choose a default template from the blogger template if you are a blogger or Google Blogger Platform.
8. Remember, you have more chance to be approved if your website is created in Google Blogger Blog Platform.
9. Your website should be running for the last five months.
10. The minimum average page views should be 1000 to be approved by Google AdSense.
11. But you should not use any robotic command to increase the traffic of the website.
12. After full-filling the above conditions, if you can submit your site for AdSense.

Photoshop is a very common and most used Photo Editing Software all over the world. There are thousands of Features of Adobe Photoshop Software. In this tutorial I will show you the way to create Overlay Text Effect by Adobe Photoshop Software. This Overlay Text Effect is really so nice. Just look at the first image given bellow. This is an Example of Overlay Text Effect. I have used Adobe Photoshop CS 8.0 to create this Overlay Text Effect. You may use another version of Adobe Photoshop Software. I have made this Tutorial very simple so that you everyone can make Overlay Text Effect easily. Just follow the steps given bellow to make your Text Overlay Effect.

Step 01: Open Adobe Photoshop CS 8.0 Software or any other version of Adobe Photoshop Software.

Step 02: Double click on the blank screen of the main window of Photoshop to open a photo on which one you want to add a Overlay Text Effect.

Step 03: Now right click on the Text Tool from the left side toolbar and select Horizontal Type Mask Tool as I have shown in the picture given below.

The latest versions of windows operating system allow to use the desktop as an image viewer. For example: if you select a folder, then all of the images of the folder will be displayed one by one. There are some more options to customize the time, image size etc.

 Step 01  Make a right click on the desktop
Make a right click on the desktop, a menu will open as like as the image given below. Now click on Personalize from the menu.

 Step 02  Click on Desktop Background

After clicking on Personalize, a new window will open. Now click on Desktop Background as shown in the image below.

 Step 03  Select a folder

After clicking on Desktop Background, a new window will open. Now click on the button Browse  to select a folder. After clicking on Browse, a pop-up window will open. Now select a folder where the images are kept those you want to use.

 Step 04  Change some settings

After selecting a folder, all the photos will be selected by default. If you want to choose some of the photos from the folder, then click on the button Clear all. Now keep pressing the Ctrl key and click on the images one by one those you want to show.

After selecting your expected images, now click on Fill as shown in the above image. After clicking, you will get five options like Fill, Fit, Stretch, Tile and Center. Now select one of them according to your image size.

Now click on the time, a drop-down list will open. Select a time limit and finally click one the button Save Changes.

How to Write Bangla During Chatting in Facebook

Bangla is the main Language of Bangladesh. There are a lots of people in India also who speak in Bangla Language. There are about 25,00,00,000 people all over the world who speak in Bangla Language.  Step 02  Install Avro Keyboard
Now Install the Software. The process of installation is so easy. You needn't to change anything during installation. Just check mark the Radio Button where is written I agree to the license agreement.

 Step 03  Restart Your Computer
You need to restart your Computer after the installation. Then Avro Keyboard will run automatically. You needn't to run this software manually. This software will run automatically with every start up of your Computer. An image will appear at the uppermost right corner on your Computer's Screen after running Avro Keyboard Software. This is called Avro Keyboard Top Bar.

 Step 04  Where do You Want to Write Bangla?
Now keep the Cursor where do you want to write something in Bangla Language. Suppose you want to write a post in Bangla Language on your Facebook Wall. So at first you need to click on Update Status of your Facebook Wall. Then the cursor will automatically blink in the text input box. That means now you  can now write anything you want.

 Step 05  Enable Bangla Typing Pressing F12
Avro Keyboard Software is running but you need to configure that to write Bangla. Look there is written English at the left side of the Avro Keyboard Top Bar. Simply click on that writings or Press F12 (or Ctrl+Alt+B if you use the old version) to enable Bangla. After pressing F12, the writings English will be changed to বাংলা (Bangla). It means now the keyboard is ready to write Bangla Language.

But you have to configure "Avro Keyboard" for better performance. To configure "Avro Keyboard Software" you have to click on the down arrow key. Then a new drop-down menu will open with some options. Now select Unibijoy/National (Jatiya) to get better Typing Experience.

 Step 06  Write Bangla Anywhere Freely
Now write your Words as like as Bijoy Bayanno (Most Common Software to write Bangla). You may write Bangla anywhere by using this software. You can also rename your files and folders in Bangla.

How to write Bangla using Avro Keyboard Bangla Writing Software?
Click on Down Arrow Key showing on the Avro Top Bar. A drop down menu will open. Now select National (Jatiya) from the menu. There may not have the Bangla Fonts in your Keyboard. So follow the chart given below to get your expected Bangla Alphabet.

You have to remind that you need to press Q to get ং and you need to press Shift+Q to get ঙ If you use UniBijoy Keyboard (Only present in the earlier version of Avro Keyboard). You have to also press Shift+2 to get ঁ instead of pressing Shift+7 if you use the earlier version of Avro Keyboard.

How to Add Folder or File to MS Excel Document

You can browse any folder while you are working on Microsoft Office Excel. Suppose you have a selected folder to hear songs during work. You need not to Minimize your worksheet to hear the songs. On the other hand you may have an Excel Sheet for your Company's Worker, you may add a folder for every one to keep data on that folder. You may keep their images and other important documents on that folder so that you can browse them easily during making their salary sheet. Look at the Picture 01. IO have kept the mouse pointer on a cell to add a folder for Anita. You have to click on right button of your mouse to go to the menu.

You will the following menu after clicking on the right button of your mouse. Now you have to click on Hyperlink... to add a Folder as I have done in the Picture 02. 

After clicking in Hyperlink a new window will open like Picture 03 to select the Folder. Now select your Folder and click on OK as I have done in the Picture 04.

After clicking on OK you will get a link like Picture 05. Here ...\Desktop is a link for Anita. You will get a link like this. Now click on the link to access the Folder. You may also select an Image.

Though there are a lots of Internet Browsers but Firefox is very common to most of the users. A lots of people in Bangladesh use Firefox as their default browser. On the other hand Bangla is the Primary Language in Bangladesh. A notable part of Indians are also speak in Bangla. There are about 250 million people in total who speaks in Bangla. So Bangla Language has a great value in the world of Internet. There are a lots of websites fully in Bangla Language. Some online newspapers also publish Bangla News in Bengali Language. But in Firefox you may fail to read them clearly. So you have to configure Firefox for Bangla so that you can read them well. Configuring Firefox for Bangla Language is not so tough. Lets see how to configure Firefox for Bangla.

 Step 01  Manage Siyam Rupali and/or SolaimanLipi Bangla font

There should have installed Siyam Rupali and/or SolaimanLipi bangla font in your Computer. Download the bangla font SolaimanLipi from here. You may also try Siyam Rupali if it is installed in your Computer. Remember, if there is installed Avro Keyboard bangla typing software, then you needn't to think about the font.

 Step 02  Install the SolaimanLipi font now
If there is not installed Avro Keyboard then install the Bangla Font SolaimanLipi in the Computer System. If you are a user of Windows 7 or 8, then right click on the font and click on Install to install it as shown in the image below. You may also keep the font to the directory My Computer>Local Disc (C:)>WINDOWS>Fonts.

 Step 03  Change the Settings
Now click on the settings button from the uppermost right corner as shown in the image below. After clicking a drop-down menu will open. Now click on Options from the menu.

 Step 04  Find Out Fonts & Colors Section

After clicking on Option a pop-up window will open as like as the image below. Now go to Content Tab and click on Advanced... button from the Fonts & Colors section.

 Step 05  Select SolaimanLipi or Siyam Rupali Font

Then another new window will open as like as the image below. Now change the settings as shown in the image and click on the OK button.
