How to Make a Custom Brush
in Photoshop
Step 01 Select an Appropriate Image
At first you have select an image where from you will collect your brush. You may select an image where is a flower. Look at the image given below. There is a flower in the image and I will use the flower to make the brush. When I will make a brush with this flower then I will get a watermark for my every single click. And there is option to change the color of the watermark.
Step 02 Select the Object You Want to Make Brush
Now click on the Polygonal Lasso Tool from the left side tool box and select the folwer using Polygonal Lasso Tool as I have done in the second image of this step.
Step 03 Select the Option Define Brush Preset...
Now click on Edit from the menu bar, then a menu will open. Now click on Define Brush Preset… as shown in the image given below.
Step 04 Name the Brush You are Going to Create
After clicking on Define Brush Preset… a pop-up window will open like the image given below. Look there is written "Sampled Brush 1" in the Text Input Box. It is the suggested name for the brush you are going to create. You maye change it also as you want. After providing a name then click on the OK Button where I have kept the mouse on the image.
