How to Stop Google Chrome Saving Your Used Password


Look at the image given below. This image is taken from Facebook Log In Page. When you will type www.facebook.com in the address bar of Google Chrome Browser and you will press Enter Key then you may found your Mail ID and Password provided in the text input box. It may happen when you save your password clicking on Remember Password. When you will use a password for the first time then Google Chrome will normally offer you to Remember Password. If you click on Remember Password then Google Chrome will save your provided password and next time you needn't to provide the password again.

You may use this feature to avoid typing the passwords every time. But there is also a problem to  use this feature. As Google Chrome keep saved the passwords so anyone may found your saved passwords easily from Google Chrome.


Lets know, what to do to stop Google Chrome saving password.

 Step 01  Click on Settings from the Menu
Click on Menu from the right side uppermost corner and then click on Settings from the menu as I have shown in the image given below.


 Step 02  Click on Show Advanced Settings
After clicking on Settings you will get the following page given below. You may get this page by typing chrome://settings in the address bar of the Chrome Browser as showing in the image. However now you have to click on Show Advanced Settings...


 Step 03  Found out Passwords and Forms Section
After clicking on Show Advanced Settings the Settings Page will be expanded. Now find out Passwords and Forms section and deselect Offer to save passwords I enter on the web. After deselecting this your Chrome Browser won't offer you anymore to save passwords.
