Most of the blogger blog users use the default templates provided by Google. There are some standard and ready-made templates for the users. That's why the blogger have no panic of designing, developing and managing a website. And the blogger templates are modifiable. Users can change the theme color, font family, width and many more.  Step 01  Log in to the blogger account first
First of all you need to log in to your blogger account. Then click on Layout from the left side menu bar as shown in the image below.

 Step 02  Click on the link Add a Gadget
Now click on the link Add a Gadget as shown in the image below.

 Step 03  Add the gadget Labels
After clicking on Add a Gadget, a pop-up window will open as like as the image below. Now find out the gadget Labels and click on the + sign to add.

 Step 04  Change the settings and click on the Save button
After clicking on the + sign, another pop-up window will open. Now change the settings as you like or leave it. Then click on the Save button.

 Step 05  Finally click on the button Save arrangement
Now you need to click on the button Save arrangement and then click on the button Preview to see the newly added menu.

Check the resolution of a video before downloading

We most of the computer users download various types of videos like movies, drama serials, TV shows, video tutorials etc. Some of we use internet download manager and some other use utorrent software to download our necessary videos.

But, most often we fail to download them in our expected resolution.  Because, we can watch the video only after completing the download.

That's why there is a chance to be cheated. There are some uploaders who upload low resolution videos and name them DVD Riv, HD Quality, 720p Upscaled or something like this. But after downloading the video we see that the video is not in our expected resolution.

So, we can test the quality and/or resolution of the video before downloading. Let's see how to check the quality and/or resolution of a video when we are downloading it using internet download manager.

 Step 01  Open windows explorer
Press Windows Key+E together to open windows explorer. Then double click on the drive Local Disc (C:) to open it.

 Step 02  Open the document folder
Now open the folder Document and Settings, there you will get a folder named Users. Open this folder also, there you will get a folder according to your user name. You have to open that folder now.

 Step 03  Find out AppData or Application Data folder
Now find out the folder named Application Data or AppData in short. If you fail to get that, then it is hidden in your computer. Let's see how to get the hidden files and folders.

 Step 04  Find out another folder named DownlData
After getting the hidden folder Application Data or AppData, double click on it to open. Inside the folder Application Data or AppData there is another folder named IDM. Open this folder also by double clicking on it. Now you will get another folder named DownlData. Open it, you will get a folder according to your user name. Open this folder also.

 Step 05  Play the video you are downloading
Now you will get some folders or files with the same name of the files you are downloading. Play one of them you want to check using VLC media player or KM Player.

N.B. Don't worry to play any video that is still downloading. It won't interrupt to the download progress if you play the videos. I most often check the video quality in this way when the download progress reach to 2% or a little more.

A check will be issued when your Earnings will reach to 100$ or more. Google AdSense Team will calcualte your earnings in the first week of every month and if your earnings reach to 100$ or more then they will send you a check. You may receive the check via Post Office or by DHL Currier Service. You needn't to pay anything if you receive the check via Post Office. But if you want to receive the check via the DHL Currier Service, then you have to pay 25$. It will take 3 or 4 weeks to reach the check to you via Post Office. But you may get the check withing 7 days via DHL Currier Service.

Cash Out the Check
You need to go to a Bank to cash the check. You may have to pay 3$ to 6$ to cash your check.

You will be paid if your earnings reach to 10$. You know how much tough is it to gather 10$ in this way. But I gathered 7.26$ after a long journey. Now the site is not anymore on the web. So all of my time is wasted...!!!

www.microworkers.com is another site like jobcart. You have to also gather here 10$ to be paid. I have gathered 3.15$ in this site. This site is yet on the web. But I am not working anymore in this site. Because I cant rely on this site also. Yesterday I was chatting with one of my Facebook friends. He informed me that he is working in microworkers and he has gathered 5$. He is so hopeful to get paid. I told my experience with that site. But he is so hopeful to get paid from that site. Then I wanted to know the available jobs for him there. He informed me that there are only five jobs available for him. But there were eight jobs available for me then. Then we compared our jobs. But the jobs were fully different. There were no any job like signing up for him there. But I have two jobs available on signing up.

What will you say now? Is this site is real? I think this site is also fake. They are just using us. And when the earning will reach to more than 9$ then they will ban you. Think once how much time it will take to gather 10$ if they pay 0.01$ or 0.2$ only for each work. We both (me and my friend) were worker  in www.microworkers.com. But why the available jobs were not same? I think this site is also fraud.

The latest versions of windows operating system allow to use the desktop as an image viewer. For example: if you select a folder, then all of the images of the folder will be displayed one by one. There are some more options to customize the time, image size etc.

 Step 01  Make a right click on the desktop
Make a right click on the desktop, a menu will open as like as the image given below. Now click on Personalize from the menu.

 Step 02  Click on Desktop Background

After clicking on Personalize, a new window will open. Now click on Desktop Background as shown in the image below.

 Step 03  Select a folder

After clicking on Desktop Background, a new window will open. Now click on the button Browse  to select a folder. After clicking on Browse, a pop-up window will open. Now select a folder where the images are kept those you want to use.

 Step 04  Change some settings

After selecting a folder, all the photos will be selected by default. If you want to choose some of the photos from the folder, then click on the button Clear all. Now keep pressing the Ctrl key and click on the images one by one those you want to show.

After selecting your expected images, now click on Fill as shown in the above image. After clicking, you will get five options like Fill, Fit, Stretch, Tile and Center. Now select one of them according to your image size.

Now click on the time, a drop-down list will open. Select a time limit and finally click one the button Save Changes.

 Step 05  Enable Bangla Typing Pressing F12
Avro Keyboard Software is running but you need to configure that to write Bangla. Look there is written English at the left side of the Avro Keyboard Top Bar. Simply click on that writings or Press F12 (or Ctrl+Alt+B if you use the old version) to enable Bangla. After pressing F12, the writings English will be changed to বাংলা (Bangla). It means now the keyboard is ready to write Bangla Language.

But you have to configure "Avro Keyboard" for better performance. To configure "Avro Keyboard Software" you have to click on the down arrow key. Then a new drop-down menu will open with some options. Now select Unibijoy/National (Jatiya) to get better Typing Experience.

 Step 06  Write Bangla Anywhere Freely
Now write your Words as like as Bijoy Bayanno (Most Common Software to write Bangla). You may write Bangla anywhere by using this software. You can also rename your files and folders in Bangla.

How to write Bangla using Avro Keyboard Bangla Writing Software?
Click on Down Arrow Key showing on the Avro Top Bar. A drop down menu will open. Now select National (Jatiya) from the menu. There may not have the Bangla Fonts in your Keyboard. So follow the chart given below to get your expected Bangla Alphabet.

How to Add Folder or File to MS Excel Document

You can browse any folder while you are working on Microsoft Office Excel. Suppose you have a selected folder to hear songs during work. You need not to Minimize your worksheet to hear the songs. On the other hand you may have an Excel Sheet for your Company's Worker, you may add a folder for every one to keep data on that folder. You may keep their images and other important documents on that folder so that you can browse them easily during making their salary sheet. Look at the Picture 01. IO have kept the mouse pointer on a cell to add a folder for Anita. You have to click on right button of your mouse to go to the menu.

You will the following menu after clicking on the right button of your mouse. Now you have to click on Hyperlink... to add a Folder as I have done in the Picture 02. 

After clicking in Hyperlink a new window will open like Picture 03 to select the Folder. Now select your Folder and click on OK as I have done in the Picture 04.

There should have installed Siyam Rupali and/or SolaimanLipi bangla font in your Computer. Download the bangla font SolaimanLipi from here. You may also try Siyam Rupali if it is installed in your Computer. Remember, if there is installed Avro Keyboard bangla typing software, then you needn't to think about the font.

 Step 02  Install the SolaimanLipi font now
If there is not installed Avro Keyboard then install the Bangla Font SolaimanLipi in the Computer System. If you are a user of Windows 7 or 8, then right click on the font and click on Install to install it as shown in the image below. You may also keep the font to the directory My Computer>Local Disc (C:)>WINDOWS>Fonts.

 Step 03  Change the Settings
Now click on the settings button from the uppermost right corner as shown in the image below. After clicking a drop-down menu will open. Now click on Options from the menu.

 Step 04  Find Out Fonts & Colors Section

After clicking on Option a pop-up window will open as like as the image below. Now go to Content Tab and click on Advanced... button from the Fonts & Colors section.

 Step 05  Select SolaimanLipi or Siyam Rupali Font

Then another new window will open as like as the image below. Now change the settings as shown in the image and click on the OK button.

Google AdSense Page Impression: So Sensitive for AdSense Publisher

What is Page Impression

Earning from Google AdSense is the best way of Online Earning I think. Don't think it is so easy but it is possible. There are a lots of people earning their livelihood from Google AdSense. Some people also earning a huge amount. If you are an AdSense Publisher already and showing AdSense Ads on your blog or site then you need to be more serious about AdSense to earn more. You need to know more detail about AdSense. You need to read the policy of Google AdSense properly. You will experience something new everyday during working with Google AdSense. You should be so serious about AdSense Rules and Regulations. Read them well avoiding being banned and to earn more. Google will banned your Adsense Account if you do anything out of the rules. Lets know about Page Impression, Page eCPM and Page CTR. You should have clear concept about Google AdSense. The above three (Page Impression, Page eCPM and Page CTR) are also important for the AdSense Publishers. Lets know detail about it.

What is Page Impression

Page Impression is only a counting of Ads by Google. If you show three ads in your site and about three people visit your site then Google will count Nine Page Impression for your site. So we can count it by the following equation...

Page Impression=Number of Ads of Your Site X Number of Page-viewers

Importance of Page Impression

Page Impression is seriously important for you. Because you are showing ads to earn money. If anybody click on the ads showing on your site only then you will be paid. But these clicks should have balance with your Page Impressions. There is another option name Page eCPM. Page eCPM varies to Page Impressions. Page eCPM should not be more than $28.00!

Page eCPM
Page eCPM means Effective cost-per-thousand page impression. You have to divide your earned dollar by your Page Impressions and then multiply the result with 1000 to calculate your Page eCPM. It will be the Page eCPM. You have to remember that Page eCPM should not be more than $28.00!
Suppose your estimated earnings are 10.28$ and your page impressions are 948. So your Page eCPM is (10.28/948)*1000 or 10.85!
The rule to calculate your Page eCPM is given below...

Page eCPM=(Estimated Earnings/Page Impressions)*1000

Page CTR

The abbreviation of Page CTR is Click Through Rate. However, to know your Page CTR you have to divide your number of clicks by your page impressions and then multiply the result by 100.

So if your Page Impression is 948 and your clicks are 38 then your Page CTR will be (38/948)*100 or 4.01%

The rule to calculate Page CTR is given below!

Page CTR=(Number of Clicks/Page Impressions)*100

How to Add Superscript and Subscript Text in Webpage / Website

To present mathematical expressions / terms in a webpage, sometimes you may need to show Superscript Text and/or Subscript Text. There are a lots of rules in mathematics where you need these types of texts. (a+b)²=a²+2ab+b² is also a rules of math. So if you want to show it on a webpage then you have to know about Superscript Text Formatting. Because here I have presented 2 as square and it is known as Superscript Text. I have done it with some simple codes. Again sometimes you have to represent mathematical equation like log₂2³=3log₂2. In this equation I have written both Superscript Text and Subscript Text. Lets see them log_2(SUBSCRIPT)2^{3(SUPERSCRIPT)}=3log_2(SUBSCRIPT)2.
Hope you are now clear about Superscript Text and Subscript Text. Lets see how to represent them on a webpage.

This is one of the greatest Equation of Science provided by Albert Einstein. 2 is here Superscript Text. Sometimes you may have to write this types of equations in Webpages. You have to use some codes to show this Superscript Text. The codes you need is given below into the box.

Just type the above codes in a Notepad and save it as Superscript.html, then open the HTML(.html) file and get the Superscript Text as like as the above example. In the above codes I have used ^and to show the Superscript Text. You also need to keep the text between ^and that you want to represent as Superscript Text.

Subscript Text

Lets see another example of Subscript Text...

This is way to write log equations. a is here Subscript Text. You just have to use _and to represent any text as Subscript Text. The codes for Subscript Text is given below in the box.

Write the above codes in a Notepad and save the Notepad Document as Subscript.html. Then double click on the Subscript.html file and get the Subscript Text as like as the above example. You have to keep your text between _and to get Subscript Text.
