There is 6,505 visits in this site before writing this line and only 60 clicks. So the click rate is 0.92% only in my real experience. But yet I am writing this article for you and hope I will write more.

A check will be issued when your Earnings will reach to 100$ or more. Google AdSense Team will calcualte your earnings in the first week of every month and if your earnings reach to 100$ or more then they will send you a check. You may receive the check via Post Office or by DHL Currier Service. You needn't to pay anything if you receive the check via Post Office. But if you want to receive the check via the DHL Currier Service, then you have to pay 25$. It will take 3 or 4 weeks to reach the check to you via Post Office. But you may get the check withing 7 days via DHL Currier Service.

Cash Out the Check
You need to go to a Bank to cash the check. You may have to pay 3$ to 6$ to cash your check.

There are available jobs for the users like signing up, downloading and installing games or softwares, writing comments etc. They pay 0.01$ to 0.10$ for each finished job. You will be paid if your earnings reach to 10$. You know how much tough is it to gather 10$ in this way. But I gathered 7.26$ after a long journey. Now the site is not anymore on the web. So all of my time is wasted...!!!

www.microworkers.com is another site like jobcart. You have to also gather here 10$ to be paid. I have gathered 3.15$ in this site. This site is yet on the web. But I am not working anymore in this site. Because I cant rely on this site also. Yesterday I was chatting with one of my Facebook friends. He informed me that he is working in microworkers and he has gathered 5$. He is so hopeful to get paid. I told my experience with that site. But he is so hopeful to get paid from that site. Then I wanted to know the available jobs for him there. He informed me that there are only five jobs available for him. But there were eight jobs available for me then. Then we compared our jobs. But the jobs were fully different. There were no any job like signing up for him there. But I have two jobs available on signing up.

What will you say now? Is this site is real? I think this site is also fake. They are just using us. And when the earning will reach to more than 9$ then they will ban you. Think once how much time it will take to gather 10$ if they pay 0.01$ or 0.2$ only for each work. We both (me and my friend) were worker  in www.microworkers.com. But why the available jobs were not same? I think this site is also fraud.

The latest versions of windows operating system allow to use the desktop as an image viewer. For example: if you select a folder, then all of the images of the folder will be displayed one by one. There are some more options to customize the time, image size etc.

 Step 01  Make a right click on the desktop
Make a right click on the desktop, a menu will open as like as the image given below. Now click on Personalize from the menu.

 Step 02  Click on Desktop Background

After clicking on Personalize, a new window will open. Now click on Desktop Background as shown in the image below.

 Step 03  Select a folder

After clicking on Desktop Background, a new window will open. Now click on the button Browse  to select a folder. After clicking on Browse, a pop-up window will open. Now select a folder where the images are kept those you want to use.

 Step 04  Change some settings

After selecting a folder, all the photos will be selected by default. If you want to choose some of the photos from the folder, then click on the button Clear all. Now keep pressing the Ctrl key and click on the images one by one those you want to show.

After selecting your expected images, now click on Fill as shown in the above image. After clicking, you will get five options like Fill, Fit, Stretch, Tile and Center. Now select one of them according to your image size.

Now click on the time, a drop-down list will open. Select a time limit and finally click one the button Save Changes.

So at first you need to click on Update Status of your Facebook Wall. Then the cursor will automatically blink in the text input box. That means now you  can now write anything you want.

 Step 05  Enable Bangla Typing Pressing F12
Avro Keyboard Software is running but you need to configure that to write Bangla. Look there is written English at the left side of the Avro Keyboard Top Bar. Simply click on that writings or Press F12 (or Ctrl+Alt+B if you use the old version) to enable Bangla. After pressing F12, the writings English will be changed to বাংলা (Bangla). It means now the keyboard is ready to write Bangla Language.

But you have to configure "Avro Keyboard" for better performance. To configure "Avro Keyboard Software" you have to click on the down arrow key. Then a new drop-down menu will open with some options. Now select Unibijoy/National (Jatiya) to get better Typing Experience.

 Step 06  Write Bangla Anywhere Freely
Now write your Words as like as Bijoy Bayanno (Most Common Software to write Bangla). You may write Bangla anywhere by using this software. You can also rename your files and folders in Bangla.

How to write Bangla using Avro Keyboard Bangla Writing Software?
Click on Down Arrow Key showing on the Avro Top Bar. A drop down menu will open. Now select National (Jatiya) from the menu. There may not have the Bangla Fonts in your Keyboard. So follow the chart given below to get your expected Bangla Alphabet.

How to Add Folder or File to MS Excel Document

You can browse any folder while you are working on Microsoft Office Excel. Suppose you have a selected folder to hear songs during work. You need not to Minimize your worksheet to hear the songs. On the other hand you may have an Excel Sheet for your Company's Worker, you may add a folder for every one to keep data on that folder. You may keep their images and other important documents on that folder so that you can browse them easily during making their salary sheet. Look at the Picture 01. IO have kept the mouse pointer on a cell to add a folder for Anita. You have to click on right button of your mouse to go to the menu.

You will the following menu after clicking on the right button of your mouse. Now you have to click on Hyperlink... to add a Folder as I have done in the Picture 02. 

After clicking in Hyperlink a new window will open like Picture 03 to select the Folder. Now select your Folder and click on OK as I have done in the Picture 04.

Though there are a lots of Internet Browsers but Firefox is very common to most of the users. A lots of people in Bangladesh use Firefox as their default browser. On the other hand Bangla is the Primary Language in Bangladesh. A notable part of Indians are also speak in Bangla. There are about 250 million people in total who speaks in Bangla. So Bangla Language has a great value in the world of Internet. There are a lots of websites fully in Bangla Language. Some online newspapers also publish Bangla News in Bengali Language. But in Firefox you may fail to read them clearly. So you have to configure Firefox for Bangla so that you can read them well. Configuring Firefox for Bangla Language is not so tough.  Step 01  Manage Siyam Rupali and/or SolaimanLipi Bangla font

There should have installed Siyam Rupali and/or SolaimanLipi bangla font in your Computer. Download the bangla font SolaimanLipi from here. You may also try Siyam Rupali if it is installed in your Computer. Remember, if there is installed Avro Keyboard bangla typing software, then you needn't to think about the font.

 Step 02  Install the SolaimanLipi font now
If there is not installed Avro Keyboard then install the Bangla Font SolaimanLipi in the Computer System. If you are a user of Windows 7 or 8, then right click on the font and click on Install to install it as shown in the image below. You may also keep the font to the directory My Computer>Local Disc (C:)>WINDOWS>Fonts.

 Step 03  Change the Settings
Now click on the settings button from the uppermost right corner as shown in the image below. After clicking a drop-down menu will open. Now click on Options from the menu.

 Step 04  Find Out Fonts & Colors Section

After clicking on Option a pop-up window will open as like as the image below. Now go to Content Tab and click on Advanced... button from the Fonts & Colors section.

 Step 05  Select SolaimanLipi or Siyam Rupali Font

Then another new window will open as like as the image below. Now change the settings as shown in the image and click on the OK button.

Page Impression is only a counting of Ads by Google. If you show three ads in your site and about three people visit your site then Google will count Nine Page Impression for your site. So we can count it by the following equation...

Importance of Page Impression

Page Impression is seriously important for you. Because you are showing ads to earn money. If anybody click on the ads showing on your site only then you will be paid. But these clicks should have balance with your Page Impressions. There is another option name Page eCPM. Page eCPM varies to Page Impressions. Page eCPM should not be more than $28.00!

Page eCPM
Page eCPM means Effective cost-per-thousand page impression. You have to divide your earned dollar by your Page Impressions and then multiply the result with 1000 to calculate your Page eCPM. It will be the Page eCPM. You have to remember that Page eCPM should not be more than $28.00!
Suppose your estimated earnings are 10.28$ and your page impressions are 948. So your Page eCPM is (10.28/948)*1000 or 10.85!
The rule to calculate your Page eCPM is given below...

Page eCPM=(Estimated Earnings/Page Impressions)*1000

Page CTR

The abbreviation of Page CTR is Click Through Rate. However, to know your Page CTR you have to divide your number of clicks by your page impressions and then multiply the result by 100.

So if your Page Impression is 948 and your clicks are 38 then your Page CTR will be (38/948)*100 or 4.01%

The rule to calculate Page CTR is given below!

How to rename AM/PM of the start bar clock

There is a start bar clock included with every version of windows operating system. You will found the clock at the right side of the start bar and at the lowermost right corner of the desktop. There are obviously AM/PM according to the current time. You may change the start bar clock's AM/PM as you like. For example: you may show SAKAL instead of AM and BIKAL instead of PM. Follow the steps given below to do so.

 Step 01  Go to control panel and find out region and language
At first you need to go to Control Panel, click on Start Menu then find out control panel and click on that. In Windows 8, you may have to follow different way to find out control panel. After opening control panel, find out Region and Language and click on that.


 Step 02  Click on additional settings
After clicking on Region and Language the Region and Language Window will open. Now you need to click on Additional settings... from the lowermost right corner of the window.


 Step 03  Change the AM/PM
Then a new window will open named Customize Format. There you will found four tabs, select the tab Time. Now find out the writings AM and replace it with your expected one. Similarly replace the writings PM with your expected text.

 Step 04  Save the settings
Finally click on the button Apply, then click on the button OK Button of the Customized Format Tab. Again click on the button Apply, then click on the button OK of the Region and Language window.

During browsing internet sometimes we have to face a problem called Server Error. You will get a message like the image below. I have personally faced this problem many times. Once I would use Grameenphone Modem with their internet service and then I faced this types of problem most often. Mainly I would get this error to visit a website like www.dakbox.blogspot.com or any other website with .blogspot extension. Finally I found a solution for this problem and I am sharing that with you all. Just follow the steps given below to solve Server Error problem.

 Step 01  Disconnect the internet connection first

At first you need to disconnect the internet connection. Now go to control panel of your windows computer. Then find out Internet Options from the control panel window and click on it. 

 Step 02  Find out GP-INTERNET Settings
Now a pop-up window will open named Internet Properties. Go to Connections tab and click on Settings. A new window named GP-INTERNET Settings will be open.

 Step 03  Check the box for Internet Protocol Version 4
Click on Properties of GP-INTERNET Settings window. Then click on Networking tab from the new window. Check the box where is written Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4) and click on Properties button again.

 Step 04  Change the DNS server addresses

Check the box where is written Use the following DNS server addresses and put the following IP Addresses...

208.67.222.222 as Preferred DNS server

208.67.220.220 as Alternate DNS server

Now click on the OK button and again click on the OK Button for all opened windows. Reconnect the Internet Connection and browse all of the websites. Hope you won't face any problem again to browse any of the websites.
